Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be totally happy with the quality of our products and friendly service. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions with your order, we would love to assist you!
We accept returns on all merchandise orders within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept orders return after 14 days.
All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept the return.
Custom/personalized items are not eligible for return.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings or Ear cuff.
All final sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are not eligible for a refund or return. We recommend using registered/trackable posts as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
Please note return shipping fee will be the buyer's responsibility.
The original shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged item received:
If the item(s) you received have any quality problems, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the item(s).
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered.
If you need a different size or style, please enter your return request for a refund above, and place an order for a new size or style.

Kindly note that as we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
