Hey there, welcome to Drea Studio. I am thrilled to share my personal jewelry journey with you and provide insight into why I created Drea Studio, a brand of skin-friendly, durable, and timeless jewelry.

To start off, my name is Andrea, and I am the founder of Drea Studio. I was born and raised in China before moving to New York with my family at a young age. I pursued a fashion design major in college, but after graduation, I did not work in a job related to my field of study.

In 2020, the world paused, and we spent most of our time at home due to lockdowns. This period of isolation allowed us to slow down and reflect on our lives, making us more self-aware. I began to question what truly mattered to me, and the answer was always fashion.

I spent my time styling myself and creating outfit looks on social media, but I lacked suitable jewelry for my outfits. I rummaged through my college staff closet and discovered the jewelry-making tools I once used to create simple jewelry for my fashion design looks. While attempting to make jewelry for my videos, I unexpectedly fell in love with the craft and decided to delve deeper into jewelry making.

After months of online study, I returned to my regular job, but I soon realized it was not the career I desired. I recognized that life is too short not to focus on the present and live it to the fullest. Consequently, I quit my job and started my jewelry business.

As I continued my journey with jewelry making, I started to realize the importance of using quality materials and making jewelry that is skin friendly and made to last. I wanted to create timeless pieces that people can wear for years to come.

I consider fine jewelry a luxury product due to its hefty price tag. In the United States, it is difficult to find jewelry at a reasonable price. Therefore, I established Drea Studio to provide affordable jewelry that is both high-quality and sustainable.

What sets Drea Studio apart is our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. We source our materials from responsible suppliers and make our jewelry with the environment in mind. We also prioritize ethical labor practices and ensure that everyone involved in the production process is treated fairly.
